The Election Commission of India (ECI) hosted its third regional conference in Chennai today, centered on "Electoral Literacy Clubs (ELC 2.0) and ECINET." He also acknowledged their role in the highest-ever poll-participation in the recently concluded Legislative Assembly elections in the State, which saw 4.93 crore votes polled and an 86.03% voter turnout.
