The Madras High Court has temporarily restrained Maraimalai Nagar municipality from constructing a sewage pumping station on Open Space Reservation land at Potheri.
The interim restriction will remain in place until the next hearing.
The dispute concerns the proposed use of land reserved as open space for municipal infrastructure.
