What Happened
Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL) formally handed over ICGS Ajit (Yard 1277), a Fast Patrol Vessel (FPV), to the Indian Coast Guard today, August 25, 2026. This delivery marks another achievement in indigenous shipbuilding for the Defence Public Sector Undertaking. The handing-over ceremony followed a First Reading Ceremony.
